We are a fast-growing company seeking a Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of our platform and drive its growth. A significant, impactful and central team player.

Your Role:

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling our platform, which includes a React Native app, a Node.js backend, and a MongoDB database. You’ll collaborate closely with our product manager, designer, and customer support team to deliver a seamless experience for our HR clients and their employees.

Ideal for someone who thrives in small teams, enjoys cracking product concepts, owning features, and wants to create meaningful impact on peoples' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development & maintenance of GroupHug’s App.

• Plan, develop, and maintain features based on product & customer needs.

• Improve system reliability, security, and performance.

• Work with product, operations, and support teams to enhance user experience.

• Own the deployment process using AWS, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and deploying apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in full-stack development with Node.js (Express) and React Native (a MUST).

• 3+ years with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases – schema design, efficient queries, and aggregations.

• Experience in AWS services and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.

• App deployment experience – Apple App Store & Google Play.

• Firebase experience – Analytics, authentication (Google, Apple SSO), and notifications.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take full ownership of the codebase.

• Bonus: Experience working in small startups.
